KAKE?

The group KAKE? is a post-punk Bulgarian-English vocal-instrumental formation with three members - Andrew Anderson, Martin Penev and Martian Tabakov. It was established in 2019 in Sofia, Bulgaria, Europe. The main prerequisite for the existence of the formation is friendship between the wives of the members. The name KAKE? originates from the ancient Bulgarian saying "How is it?", which carries the semantic meanings: “What is happening? How does your thing feel? Is it all right? ” Prior to the Great Pandemic, it was used in an informal setting, giving a sense of concern to the interlocutor without it.

Due to their very thorough approach to music and life, the band remains misunderstood by the common man. To solve this problem, musicians wear kimonos or so-called peignoirs in our country, thus making a spectacle. Proudly the group KAKE? declares that there is not a single love ballad. Instead, it focuses on mortality, spiritual poverty, and shopping. They have a lot of songs and plan to show them to the world audience in the form of concerts, albums and more.
